Matt Bors came to the East Coast for SPX earlier this month, and has been making his way north while filing cartoons from box cars and bus depots. This week, he arrives in Greater Boston, or more specifically: my apartment in Quincy.
Come see us at Comicazi in Davis Square, Somerville, Wednesday the 25th, from 6-9pm. He’ll be selling and signing copies of his most-excellent book, Life Begins at Incorporation and I’ll be there goofing around, and selling prints of my 12 Months of Boston Strip, along with some ancient artifacts from my decade as an “unserious” alt-weekly cartoonist.
More info here.
As if Camberville wouldn’t be sick of me by then, next Wednesday night I’ll be a panelist for Literary Death Match’s Boston show at Oberon. I’ve been to a couple of these in other cities, and they’re hilarious fun. Fans of my “Book Bin” Big Fat Whale cartoons should come to see some new fake books I done made up. Buy tickets here. $10 advance, $15 at the door.
